Consumer Reports new TV cconverter box ratings has revealed a new winner in the battle for the best digital TV converter box.  The Tivax STB-T9 has been suplanted as the best digital TV converter box and the Channel Mast CM-7000 is now being rated the best by Consumer Reports.  The Channel Master CM-7000 has been rated so highly because of its incredible picture and sound quality along with having analog pass through.  Personally though I think it is to expensive at $90.  Of course it would be reduced to $50 after using your government supplied coupon card.
