Community centers and libraries will also have volunteers to help people with their tax filing and answer many questions.

There are many free tax help available if you look for them. However, many people find it more convenient to just visit a local HR Block or other tax preparation companies to help them. If you have big problem with your tax filing, you should consult the IRS first.
