Our business has a blog and I have different employees do a blog article submission to boost morale. It’s working well. They like seeing their names in print and we as a business get different points of view. The key to keeping readers coming back is to change the content often. That way we stay current with them. I’m also amazed at the talent among my people. We even have submissions from some of the fellows in the warehouse. I didn’t expect that to happen, but one of them was chosen last week for the best one of the week and was published.
