Hypnotherapy is a very useful tool in habit reforming. If you understand how the mind makes associations and how those association over time harden to become hard habits to break then you realize the importance of hypnotherapy to stop smoking. Smoking is a physical addiction but it is more difficult to quit due to the associations mentally than the physical ones. The physical actions can be overcome in a months time pretty easily, but the mental addiction causes it to become a difficult habit to break. Years of associations must be reversed and disconnected. You can do this with the right therapy and especially hypnotherapy sessions. It takes several but it works very well.
