It seems that fast food restaurants are on every corner. With dollar menus and many other enticing deals it’s all to simple to consume food that is not healthy. I’ve found a diet that is easy to maintain even when things get busy, it’s called the acai diet. After watching an episode of Oprah I was really inspired to try this special diet out. I can honestly say that it’s one of the best things I have done this year.
