I know it sounds silly but I did not know how to go the bathroom in the most hygienic way until I was in my 20’s. I was suffering from my 10th urinary tract infection for the year and I happened to change doctors due to my job. The doctor told me not to stop midstream for any reason and that should be my natural cure for yeast infection and other types of infections for the urinary tract. Once I started doing what the doctor recommended I have not had another reason to visit him except for my annual exams.
