I received the body wrap supplies yesterday. Thanks a bunch. The directions on the herbal formula says to put 1 cup of the liquid with one gallon of water. Do I need that much just to wrap the abdomen area (spot wrapping). That would mean only four wraps. I am anxious to try them. I have been at the hospital with my husband for a month now so I have not had much time for anything else. This weekend I will give the body wrap a try. Also, please fill me in on any other tips or trick you may have!
