While omega 3 oil ingestion is a good thing for those of us who are health conscious, we now have to be concerned with the dangerous levels of mercury that has been found in all types of fish lately. Fish is an important part of our diet because it contains protein and other nutrients that are essential. Unfortunately, some things that are good for you can end up harming you in other areas. This is a concern whether the fish has come from a lake, ocean, or is farm raised. The industrial pollution has increased the mercury levels found in fish and has now increased our concerns for health risks.
