Although it is not well known, yams, or sweet potatoes are a staple in the southeast part of the country. I knew that if I could get people in the southeast to buy yams from Oregon, I would be in good shape. I just needed a way to get them into my online store. I went to my local library and looked up some books by some online marketing experts. The advice in these books gave me some great tips on how to properly market my goods to the people that want to buy them. I started adding some of these ideas to my store, and it has worked out well.
