Requirements Management- the four C’s

These four things are vital to the distribution of a company and or organization’s livelihood when dealing with requirements management. Two more C’s that can be added to that list are constant communication. This is another application that should be considered a default when a requirements management team is being formed. It is imperative that these things be performed well and with a great work ethic. Requirements management can be considered by some one of the most important departments of a company or organization because its the backbone of a company or organization’s activity and success.
